
If you have already decided with your doctor to begin treatments with the ASL Pharmacy® system, you may be wondering what happens next. As soon as our office receives your signed prescription from your doctor, you will be contacted for an intake interview. We will ask you about symptoms, allergies and take a medication history. Our office will then verify your insurance coverage, review the results with you, and explain how our service works. If we have not connected with you within 24 hours of your doctors appointment, please call our office at 866-552-7579.
After this first step is complete, your prescription usually ships within 24-48 hours after patient approval. All orders ship via FedEx and you will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays. An ASL representative will call you to advise you on how to use your device and answer any questions you may have. And in case of an emergency, you may reach a pharmacist with your critical questions any time by calling our toll free number.
