ROBERT "OZZIE" OSBAKKEN - COO/CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER- FOUNDER
Ozzie is the inventor of the sinus treatments that our company is based upon. His innovations in aerosol sinus treatments are the foundation and framework of our company. He demonstrates a combination of creativity and solid management skills.

Since he first entered the healthcare field, he has accumulated an impressive list of achievements. He has a solid background encompassing all areas of healthcare management. In 1993, Ozzie joined Abbey Pharmacy Network as the Systems Analyst. After merging with Homedco Healthcare in 1995 Abbey became Apria Pharmacy Network. In 1995, Ozzie advanced to Operations manager for Apria Pharmacy Network. In 1997, he was promoted to the position of Corporate Director. Under his guidance, Apria Pharmacy Network grew from one pharmacy with 6 million dollars of yearly income to two pharmacies (one in Oxnard, CA and one in Folcroft, PA) with annual income of over 67 million dollars in the 1999. Apria Pharmacy Network became the largest provider of respiratory medications in the United States servicing over 50,000 patients in all 50 states, during this time. Ozzie resigned from Apria in February of 2000 to start SinusPharmacy, Inc. Since his departure, Apria Pharmacy Network has continued to grow using the same systems that he implemented during his term as Corporate Director.

Ozzie was the first CEO of SinusPharmacy Inc. based in Carpinteria, CA. In late 2000, Ozzie stepped aside to become COO of SinusPharmacy Inc. and John Wilzcak joined the company as CEO. Ozzie left SinusPharmacy in December 2001 after overseeing monthly double-digit percentage increases in revenue and operating income in 2001. SinusPharmacy now Naryx Inc. is currently conducting phase three clinical trials with a tobramycin formulation based on a US Patent 6,576,224, Osbakken, et. al., June 10, 2003.

His experience with systems and his ability to design and implement work flow software have contributed greatly to success at both Apria Pharmacy Network and SinusPharmacy Inc. In addition to his expertise with systems, he has managed customer service, purchasing, sales, marketing and billing at both Apria Pharmacy Network and SinusPharmacy Inc. Ozzie has filed new provisional patents to protect both the technology and method of use formulations on which the company is basing its business.

Since leaving SinusPharmacy in 2001, He consulted for several healthcare companies with pharmacy operations and has continued to develop aerosolized treatments for relieving chronic sinusitis.

After four years majoring in physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA and before entering the healthcare field in 1993, Ozzie owned and operated two successful restaurants in Jackson, WY, briefly owned a small construction company in Ojai, CA and work as systems manager for Ventura, CA based, Underground Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Osbakken's key areas of responsibility include: Intake and Customer Service, Computer Information (MIS) as well as Billing and Collections.
